Counseling for potential applicants under the call for proposals launched in the framework of the programmes Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation and Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeship and Youth Entrepreneurship

5 August 2021 – Programme Operator for the programmes Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation and Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeship and Youth Entrepreneurship will offer counseling services on top of already provided support to potential applicants to help them resolve major dilemmas or issues regarding their application for funding under the call for proposals.

If you’re still struggling with important dilemmas and questions concerning applying for funding that is available under the call for proposals recently launched in the framework of the programmes Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation and Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeship and Youth Entrepreneurship even though you went thoroughly through the call documentation and read the document Frequently asked questions and answers on the dedicated website, then the Programme Operator is lending you a helping hand by offering counseling. Counseling services are intended for all potential applicants to help them gain a deeper understanding of the context of the call for proposals and its objectives, the set outcome and output indicators and the way the applicants’ project proposals should address them.

Counseling on the call itself and how the proposals should be structured will be offered between 9 and 20 August 2021 and 1 and 20 September 2021 and will take place via Zoom. Potential applicants will be able to apply for counseling at the latest by 10 September 2021. A counseling call for an individual project proposal will last one hour at the most. When applying for counseling, potential applicants must send the Programme Operator a brief project summary (2-3 pages) which should include the following elements:

  • the programme as well as the programme outcome and output the project will address;
  • the grant amount requested;
  • the project duration;
  • the project partners;
  • the project activities;
  • a description of how the project contributes to the outcome and output indicators and the output itself and a description of how the project complies with the selected programme outcome and output;
  • the questions to be addressed.

To apply for counseling, the applicants (future project promoters) must send an e-mail to the Programme Operator’s e-mail address nor_egp.svrk@gov.si. It is advised that the applicants attend the scheduled counseling session together with the representatives of project partners.
