The Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities is the body implementing the project under the Norwegian Financial Mechanism Programme and the EEA Financial Mechanism Programme called Gender-balanced representation in decision making. Eight consultations on gender equality will take place in the framework of the abovementioned project.
The consultation “Promoting Work-Life Balance of Women in Decision-Making Positions” took place on 10 April 2014 in Šmarješke Toplice. The aim of the consultation was to identify the additional actions, services and activities at the national or local level or at the level of organisations, which need to be established to facilitate the work-life balance of women in decision-making positions in Slovenia.
